@toshagager They don't care They sleep all day and party all night. R said somthing last night it lasted an hr than was back at. I have tolled the Landlord it lasted a month I guess their supposed to be moving I have no idea they was supposed to be gone 2 month's ago and theit still here.
@toshagager They don't care all that does is cause more issues than needed and after 3rd call wr both get $300 fine for them having to come out for somthing petty.
Its not an appt it's a double house.... And we can't find a 3-4 bed single home. I'm not moving back into another double. When alot of times next door has nobody in it. The people now the longest anyone lived their. 3-5 months the usuall amount.
@autism.mommy oh wow I'm not sure what it coast where u live for housing but we found a fixer upper for $325 a month plus a yearly payment but we got it on a land contract and I was renting a house for $625 before we moved here yeah we put a lot of money into this place but soon it will be ours and we have 10 acers and we have put in fruit tree's plus it already had mulberry tree's everywhere and we did strawberry patch and tons of raspberry plants we also have a few animals and do more garden
@autism.mommy I know that's why are house it taking forever to fix up were not evening using most of it cause it needs so much work/money and trust me the outside looks horrible but that keeps our taxes lower lol and just last year we got a new well put in plus had to rewire the house still not done but oh well and my bed is in the living room well I guess It's a step up and behind the tv its where our front door will go once we get a room done for us
@toshagager The onces here are not livable especially with kids. And people have broken it torn the place up n such. Theirs a nice place behind us we wanted was nice till we went upstairs n the bathroom needs redone completly. They took the Cooper from the heating in the entire place plumbing n electric needs done, wholes in the wall. And so on That's the best out of the rest im like yea i like this place but it's gonna be thousands to do ontop of the place we got now
@autism.mommy oh that sucks I know I couldn't tell u how much we've put into this place we've got it halfway paid off just 19, 000 left to pay on it in the next 4 years lol
