My reality everyday is completely random parts swelling because of the hives. Today my lower lip is swollen, I’ve broken out on my hands, chest, thighs and back. The back is a new place. I have to continue to deal with this until I see the dermatologist on the 29th. On a happier note my challenge group starts tomorrow!!! I have two workouts to make up since I missed yesterday due to a migraine so its cardio core and booty day for me.
