My neighbor allows her daughter to keep her dogs at her house ALL THE TIME. The neighbor leaves the dogs outside ALL THE TIME. I can't walk my dogs past her house without them going crazy and barking at me and my dogs which sets my dogs off. I love all dogs but I HATE these dogs. They have no training at all. They bark at everything and everyone. And it's driving me crazy. I yelled shut up blueberry (one of the dogs names) and the neighbor walked out to say something but I just kept walking. I'm not dealing with that. Get some training for you daughters dogs.
