Do u have to have a up to date carseat to bring the baby home in from the hospital jw

They never really checked the expiration date on mine but they do check to see you have one. Though it's much safer to have a non expired one.

Depends the hospital, with my first they did. The second they just checked that he was in a car seat correctly. Definitely recommend you have an up to date carseat though, for the sake of your baby.
