How old was your baby when you took them swimming for the first time?

I just signed my 4 month old up for swimming lessons but they offer parent tot lessons for young babies. The one I signed up for was for babies 0-1.

I’ll probably take mine around 2.5 months after his 2 months shot. Depends on the pool too!

6 weeks if I remember right

I was told no earlier than 3 months because their skin is still too thin for the chlorine

She was 6 months when we took our daughter on a trip to the Dominican. Went swimming in the pool and ocean!
