so i put in a tampon before i went to bed & when i woke up it slid out like halfway. idk if i didn’t put it in all the way the first time which made it slide out more or my vagina is just loose lmfao

It took me four months before I could use tampons comfortably. Idk what was going on, either it wouldn't go up there and stay or it was painful. Even now I still have some problems with them.. I posted on my other app about this and alot of other women say they went through the same things after birth.

I really hate pads, but I had similar issues with tampons so I stuck with using pads for a year after having my son.
I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I also bought a Diva cup, which I like way more than tampons now. You can find them at most pharmacies.

You’re not supposed to sleep with them in. It’s not recommended.

@kartersmommyy, the reason they discourage it is because of toxic shock syndrome. They recommend to let your body breathe and sleeping with a pad. Just take care of yourself. And I don’t think it’s a change in your vagina size as it is your flow change. Some women tend to have a heavy period for months after delivery. Could be too heavy of a flow shifting the tampon.

@vvrobinson, that’s what i’m thinking, my flow has been crazy heavy & this is the first period i’ve had since after my baby!
