This is probably a long shot, but does anybody else use a carry car seat in a three door car? I've been using my little boy's car seat fine up until now, but as he is getting older he is getting heavier and it is starting to pull my back trying to angle the car seat into my three door car onto the Isofix.. He has still got lots of growing room in his car seat so not ready to buy the next one up yet (plus can't really afford it) , and buying a new car is out the question. Just seeing if any other mums are or have been in the same position and how did you tackle it?.. The car seat is so convenient for taking out and attaching to the pram or taking out when he has fallen asleep in there so as not to wake him. Advice needed please... 🙂

Could you not fix the isofix to the front seat? Sorry I haven't been in that position, just wondering x

@noshinxoxo I'm not sure I will have to check see if there are some Isofix points in the front. Good point though, the front would be easier. I just worry, is it less safe for them to be in the front? X

@kshelley I think there's a few precautions to take, you have to turn the airbag off and I think move the seat back as far as you can. It is apparently less safe. But I've seen many mums who if driving alone keep the LOs at the front, we've permanently moved Zaid to the front because it's less stressful on us both if I'm sitting at the back with Hamza. It's weighing out what you need x

@noshinxoxo ye that's true. Thanks I will look into adjustments. My back is killing me and just can't keep it up. X
