Just need to vent

So my husband and I moved about 4 hours up north. My husband transferred stores from down there to up here. He was worried I would be miserable and hate it but so far I've been doing pretty good. He however is miserable at his new store he hates how his co-workers are he hates how the store is run he hates it all and that it's not at all like his old store that he loved working at. He says he's going to give it a few months but is really considering finding a new job and quitting. It breaks my heart because he always talked about how he loved the company, wanted to become assistant general manager and the manager at his own store one day and now he wants to throw it all away. I told him if he wants he can see if he can transfer back to his old store and we can move back. He says he doesn't want us to do that because he loves having our own place (his dads 2 bed 2 bath large apartment but he is letting us pretty much have it and do what we want with it because he's not here that much) instead of living with my mom( we had a tiny room and had to fit all 3 of us it). It just breaks my heart when he calls on his lunch so upset and wanting to quit I just don't know what I can do to help him or make it any better. :(
