@muvabrittney some women deliver their babies at home on the toilet because they had back labor and didn't think it was legit labor. Always best to know for sure and play it safe.

Are you having contractions? I had terrible back labor. I would definitely try a warm bath with epsom salt followed by laying on a heating pad.

Try a bath Tylenol heating pad
