Doctors appointment went great 👍. 34weeks and 2days. Doctor said she is measuring 36weeks. Curious did any of you ladies measure ahead deliver earlier or just have a bigger baby? On another note I signed to have my tubes tied after baby is born today. I’m definitely done having babies but I’m terrified of ectopic pregnancy since I’ve have a ruptured ectopic before. Does anyone have have any positive stories about tubal ligation all I hear lately are bad experiences..

My oldest measured "big" and I had him at 35 weeks he was 4.15 my middle son measured "small" and I had him at 35 weeks and he was 6.10. And my daughter measured small and she really was, I was 8 days overdue and she was 5.4.

My oldest I was 4days early. But my last two came right on their due date. I don’t think I ever really paid attention to the measurements before but my midwife is awesome and goes over everything with me. She didn’t seem to concern the measuring 2wks ahead but said we’ll see what it is at my next appointment. @me.mykids.and.i,

She should be fine as long as she isn't measuring too big, she would tell you if it was a concern because you would have to be monitored, at 8 days overdue my belly only measured 34 weeks. It could be baby's position too.

I had my tubes tied. And so far no weird/bad side effects (except I was pregnant when they tied them and didn't know). I was back to taking care of my daughter 2 hours after my surgery. I had 2 incisions and they've healed nicely as well

I wouldn't be concerned about the measurements at all. Especially if they are belly measurements. For ultrasound measurements they often measure the femur which will give more accuracy and tell you where they are at better. Mine measured exact for my due date via ultrasound at 32+3 when I got my 4d ultrasound, belly wise he's supposedly ahead but I trust the ultrasound saying 50th percentile more. Baby will come when she's ready regardless of size, that's the most important thing! And I'd trust ultrasound size measurements more than anything else. It doesn't mean she will come early if she's measuring ahead, don't worry. It just means she is healthy and will continue to grow until she is ready, if that means she's here a couple of weeks early then it's not a thing of concern. @steffs704
