Literally only making $12.15 an hour doing hard ass labor, when I could be sitting on my ass at a call center making $14&up. My income can barely support me I know it will not support a baby. I’ve got to do better than this 😩. Thinking of telling my job I’ll no longer be working with them because of the hard labor, and I’ll be damned if anything happens to my lil bean because of work. On top of that I can’t drink water/eat like I’m supposed too at this job! It’s making me unhealthy 😒😒😒 and yes they know I’m pregnant, I feel like they don’t care they’re all about “this is a business we need to run it correctly” but don’t even accommodate to my needs when I need to drink water at least every 30 min or so. I have to go hours on hours with no food or water. I’m just so over it. Only time I feel I fulfill my needs of nutrition is during the weekend when I don’t have to work and I’m at home. 😡

@jmiramontes40, I’ve been thinking long and hard on it for weeks, I’m definitely leaving. He can provide until I find me a new job! I’ll be searching tomorrow.

@khawkins, yes leave it!! And there’s a lot of call centers that are hiring on indeed that’s what I’ve been doing half my applications on. you don’t wanna do soo much work too your body specially during your 1 trimester

I need to find one too but I’m debating. I’d feel some type of way getting hired then saying I need to go on maternity leave a few months after. I feel like they might not even want to hire me in the first place 😩

@saniaha, I’m definitely leaving they ass! And they been messing with my pay I’m a manager now and haven’t even been getting my raises. I have a whole child to be thinking about! I am not about to play with them

@jmiramontes40, I wasn’t sure what to do either girl, a girl at work told me if a job doesn’t accept me because I’m pregnant I shouldn’t be working with them anyway, but I just think when I do apply for a new job and have an interview I’m going to keep my pregnancy a secret until later on, and act like I just found out. Since I’m still early enough to hide it

@jmiramontes40, Right 😩 if you tell them they’ll probably be like yeah let’s not hire her because she will eventually have to leave for maternity leave, so I’d say keep it a secret until you start to show! But it’s all up to you. That’s what I plan on doing.

@jmiramontes40, that’s a hard question cause I never experience it but now that I’m looking for a job I’ll tell them Soo they will know what too expect but I’m showing a lot soo they honestly will just be able too just tell. But in your situation I’ll just ride it out soo you know you got it and a week later go by tell them
