ladies i need to vent
so ever since i found out i was pregnant me and hubby decided on him being the only person in the room . But recently we had a scare that i thought i was going in labor ,well long story short on the way to l&d he was no help with talking with me thru the pain and it has made me rethink about just having him in the room . My best friend the only person i really trust enough is someone i have considered her being in the room . When i mentioned it to him he got really defensive and said well ill just stay at work while u birth our daughter and she can be in there with u . im hurt and kind of annoyed like i need support in the process and he gets so nervous and is no hwlp when im in pain . im at a loss on what to do

I agree with taking him to class. His feelings got hurt and that's why he got defensive and mean. You guys are a team. Express exactly how you need him in the delivery room and find some classes you guys can go to and look up and videos together 😀

@heathersampedro87 @julia1roxie i understand he was maybe hurt but it was just selfish for him to go as far as saying that . like this is not just about him its about me and me feeling comfortable. ladies i wish he would be ok with going to a class with me but he complains already about being tired of going to the appts 2x a week .so thats probably not going to go well with him

@mommytonayeliz sorry if I made it come off like I was condoning his behavior. He was very out of line making a comment like that. Then I would sit him down and tell him what you need plain and simple. You need him more then ever at that time and how much you want him there. I would at least ask about going to the class. If he shoots it down then tell him you need more from him and how concern you where after the scar. I really hope he turns around and can step up♡

@julia1roxie no ur fine i didnt take it like that . i will try to sit down and talk to him bout it if i see he is being childish i will do what i gotta do and thats that lol i will not let anybody control me or even feel like he in control
