@babyjjsmommy I just used olive oil, but I was still miserable. And yes, my doctor told me nothing really helps it. I even went 8 days overdue! 😞 I even have scars from scratching. Ugh. No more babies for because my last pregnancy was so terrible.

Do you have essential oils?? If so, I started getting an irritated patch and it cleared it straight up within a few days. Essential oils is completely natural and my doctor recommended it when my thyroid levels got too high and it brought it back to normal!

And essential oils can be expensive so you can always go to Walmart and get the lavender oil there if you want to try it!

This is harder said than done butttt....try REALLY HARD....not to scratch at all. Bcuz (i know this is obvious but) IT GETS so much worse.....and much more irritating if you keep scratching. Im so sorry you have to go through that. Keep taking warm baths that will help with whatever they prescribe but it it is actually pupps then yea your guna have a rough time bcuz that shit gets so bad.....

Vistaril is fine. It's for allergic reactions but can also be used for anxiety. It will make you sleepy though.

I took vistsril when I was hospitalized, they gave it to me to help me sleep. :]
