I've had my 20 week scan and I've just been booked in for an extra 4 scans throughout the rest of pregnancy. I love seeing her so I'm not complaining at all but does this mean there's something worrying the doctors?

Do you smoke hun? I wouldn't worry at all, they will just be growth scans. Maybe your baby isn't quite as big as they expected. I wouldn't say its anything to worry about. Xx

It will most probably be growth scans whether the baby is measuring to small or to big I had the same with my daughter she was weighing to big xx

@abbyrose I only know that the most recent one is to look in depth for any defects as I was born with a birth defect myself. I'm not sure about the other three x

@clarelushx oh they didn't tell you? It's probably to keep a close eye or growth scans like the other girls said but I would of thought they would of told you 🤷 I was having 2 scans a week so i wouldn't worry x

I’m booked in for growth scans hun it’s just to keep an eye on the size of the baby. I had preeclampsia so my other 2 were quite small x
