Don't scare yourself Hun. Very high blood pressure can be an issue later in the pregnancy but I wouldn't worry about it this early. 35 weeks plus, but the nurses at your office are just trying to see if that's normal for you. Hope this helps!

PS crossing your legs is known to cause your blood pressure to read high I always have to remind myself not to cross my legs at doctors like I always do on those stupid uncomfy tables.

My blood pressure is always high when I go to the ob. I start panicking about whether everything is okay or not and in turn raise my blood pressure. They make fun of me when I go in now because it's literally every single time. Lol.

Oh never knew that! I was doing that! But two weeks ago I was at the same doctor and they said it was low so I’m like wtf 😂😂

I always tell them to give me a few minutes after I get into the room. You have time to breathe and relax.

They always try to do it right when I sit down and it would come back high, then I'd be like just come back in a minute or 2 and then it would be fine.
