Girl, pediasure has awful ingredients. Make your own meal replacement shakes for him. You just need some carbs, fat, and protein. Costco has orgain protein and it's a good price. For carbs you can use sweet potato, soaked oats, banana. Add a flavored fish oil and whatever other fruit you'd like.

@kambam, I’d definitely do that if I was confident that he’d drink it 😕 there’s a handful of things I can make him that he will actually eat. What’s bad that’s in pediasure? Is it those awful ones no one can ever pronounce? Lol

I'm just not a fan of the maltodextrin, sugar, corn and processed oils. Will he eat a healthy milkshake with the person powder and just milk and banana?

I think for now, in moderation, it would be okay since you say he isn't eating enough. I think one 12oz shake a day would be fantastic. Bottom line, I'm just saying save your money because pediasure is just expensive sugar.
