I have no idea how or where to get my maternity leave t4 papers...help

They mail it out to you

They are either mailed to you ... or you log into the CRA and get them there.

Log into myaccount in service Canada using the number they sent you, there should be a link for t4a

@hperry845 problem is I don't remember anything about my account. Like passwords and stuff
