That’s not good for you. Even if you feel you can you’re stopping oxygen from going to baby. It’s bad and they can hardly move that’s why the doctors recommend you to sleep on your sides especially on your left side give the baby more room to move and will give him/her the things he/she needs in order to not struggle in developing
@quincysmommmmy_, welcome I tried sleeping on my belly (only comfy spot) with my first pregnancy and the doctor went in panic and told me that after that I’ve gotten used to sleeping on my left side
@quincysmommmmy_, if you like to sleep on your tummy ask your doctor is he/she thinks it’s okay cause my doctor told me it’s fine the baby is able to fit through a small hole that’s a lot more pressure than you laying on our stomach
