Same here! I have 3 weeks until my leave and my HR is trying to deny it so I have to request it again and stay longer I think...

@drewannxo, there’s no way I’d make it to my due date working full time in my field, it’s very physical as well(we have to physically restraint people and block hits), plus I have preterm labor history. Go with what you feel is best for you!
