@teserita ok bcus im so scare n upset about this feeling is like just thinking about death paranoids me so bad girl i feel like im drowning in this feeling
I think it’s normal and part of the whole hormone imbalance from pregnancy. But nonetheless you should’ve let your OBGYN or PCP know about your symptoms. These episodes that you are describing sound like anxiety attacks. Also counseling can help a lot. It does go away but you have to learn how to cope with it and figure out what the root of the problem is to why you are getting the anxiety attacks.
How old is your baby? I had PPD after my first child. Although rare, mine lasted for about a year and the fact that my birth experience was a horrible one added to the psychological aspect of my depression. Have you told your OBGYN about these episodes?
I will be more than happy to. I also battle depression. I was diagnosed at the age of 15 I am 25 now. I have very sad and lonely episodes, I am actually going through one right now, that is why I joined this App. I have a 4 month old baby boy and I also want and need all the help I can get to be the best mother I can be. I'm definitely here for you ❤
