Formula advice please
So ever since my sons 2week check up with the Dr and I told her about the constant nursing she suggested I occasionally sub with formula when it gets to much for my boobs and let down doesn't happen quick enough,So I have but almost all of the formula I have given him ( he's now 6 weeks) makes him gassy or he doesn't seem to like it. I BFD with my 1st and formula fed my 2nd but he wasn't so fussy. Any tips would be grateful ???

I read online that if you have some breast milk, you could mix it in with the formula so baby can adjust to the taste. My baby is fed formula and I can tell you that she is very gassy but it doesn't affect her in any other way. Hope this helps!

Have you tried gripe water for the gas? Or are you producing enough to pump a bottle to put aside while baby is sleeping?

@triquetra.hmj yes that stuff saves my ass lol I always seem to find it hard to get time to pump but I should try to it probably would help

My son had a hard time when starting formula too and then we found Enfamil gentlease ...havnt had a problem since.... You can buy it at any Wal-Mart
