Breastfeeding takes a lot out of your body and the more water you drink the more of a supply you will have :) ......a shower I'm sure will help too :) your body has gone thru a ton of stress try and relax the best you can .....

A little caffeine always helped me with the headaches I got after I had my c section. And hot showers!
