I don't know if it's just me but my niece tris to get my daughter in trouble and if she's doing something bad she goes to my parents even if I'm in the same room as my dad. And I'm asking what is my daughter doing and she'll ignore me. It just irritates me. So I go they have a chair against the shelves and she getting into stuff and I just take her down and I ,move the chair. But cause my dad didn't say anything to my daughter my niece runs to my mom who also did do anything cause I'm there and I'm her parent

@km416 Your parents are doing exactly the right thing, as long as they keep ignoring the behavior, she'll learn its not going to get her anywhere and she should eventually get frustrated and stop (hopefully lol), I agree with @diegosmommy0213 sounds like jealousy.

@diegosmommy0213, @leroydoom, you guys are probably right last night she slept over and wanted an apple at 10 at night my mom said no and she was like well she’s eating an apple. But we let mine eat when ever cause she struggles with weight gain so we let her snack. Well my daughter handed the apple back to my dad so she can play and my niece goes to my dad asking to eat her apple after my mom already so no. But my dad lets her cause he doesn’t know how to say no sometimes and plus my daughter walked away. But her mom used to do that when they lived with us well Izabella(my kid) is doing that or this whenever someone tried to tell her kids anything. Hers is 5 mine is 1 we can only lead mine to correcting her behavior but her 5 should understand right from wrong at that age.
