Going to be real here. I’ve been dealing with a constant reoccurring outbreak of hives since Christmas. Working out daily, working on my meal prep, playing with my kids and focusing on my new business has kept me sane while waiting for my appointment to hopefully get some answers. When I saw my doctor over a month ago he brushed it off claiming it was a food allergy. I’m sure that is not the case. Almost 3 months of dealing with this and it seems to be getting worse. 80 day obsession has kept me focused and able to get through each day. Getting that daily sweat is like a drug. A healthy drug I don’t mind splurging on.
