@superchilledmom lol yeah, he should only be gone for a few hours. Which I'm okay with Sundays are his days to go do whatever he wants but with our DD being sick it would be nice to have him around to help. He works long hours and sometimes doesn't even get to see our daughter until the next day after work so I try to be understanding and let him have his time. And thank you. I hope she gets better soon too she got sick Friday. She hasn't been able to go to the bathroom until finally this morning she's got a stuffy runny nose a bad cough and a sore throat and she's congested in her nose and chest on top of all of it.

@superchilledmom I suppose but I never and I'm not exaggerating when I say never get to go out by myself to do anything for myself. Apparently he thinks that my getting to run to the grocery store for 20 minutes by myself is a break.

@superchilledmom I have had two breaks that have actually lasted more than two hours since she's been born. The first time I tried to go out and do something for myself she was 9 months old I decided to go get my nails done within 45 minutes I was getting phone calls and text messages constantly asking me if I was done and when I was going to be home. The only other two actual brakes I've gotten are just this past few months. Her pop pop has taken her out for the day a few times and I've stayed home and relaxed or gone out and done some shopping by myself. But in just over 4 years those are the only breaks I've ever gotten. My SO is gone for hours some Saturdays and every Sunday every weekend.

@mommiesaremagical14, ooomg thats insane!!! I tell my best friends to babysit 😂😂 its very MUCH NEEDED! I looooooove showers because they are SOOOOO relaxing

@superchilledmom I never get to go out to make friends so I don't have any friends to ask to watch her for me. I also have no family.

@superchilledmom it is, I can't talk to my SO about it because if he asked me how my day is going and I say busy or I'm exhausted he pretty much says to me how can you be tired sitting at home all day? He works and pays for everything I get that I see it and I respect it I know how hard his job is and how long he's away from us I understand and respect everything he does but he does not show me the same courtesy.

Ppl that say that has never stayed home all day with a child smh... like ur child is clean, fed, house is clean, meal is done tf u mean doing nothing all day?!🙄

@superchilledmom I am currently looking for a job and I can't wait until I get one. Cuz I am not going to work full time pay for bills and food and do all of our daughters care and housework. That is going to end the day I get a job

@superchilledmom yeah I mine likes the flip flop back and forth when it comes to that stuff. He'll complain saying I don't need to clean everyday day but then if I don't clean or God forbid he comes across something that I haven't gotten to yet because according to him I don't have to clean every day he'll complain that I'm not doing "my job"

@mommiesaremagical14, thats one of the reasons I enjoy being single I swear cuz men are too much sometimes they expect us to do EVERYTHING and treat us like slaves sometimes like nooo I dont mind catering to a man and being a house wife but ONLY if its on MY time

@superchilledmom Lol, yeah. I honestly don't ask or expect him to help me during the week and Sunday is like I said her his day to go do what he wants and then come home and relax Saturdays I expect his help fully. If I tell him to help me with the laundry I expect him to help me with the laundry. Yesterday morning he made breakfast for everybody and help me fold laundry and that was enough. I don't expect much mostly I just expect him to keep Jocelynn occupied so that I can get stuff done by considered that help, a lot of help.
