If I tell you how I lost 26 pounds in 1-2 months, you wouldn't believe me.
Edit: I weighed 242 & now I'm 216. I stopped eating out, stopped eating junk. Stopped drinking soda. I was more active around the house. Also downloaded an exercising app. Breakfast between the time that i wake up to 11am. Lunch between 12:30-2. Dinner between 3-6. If I got hungry, I would eat some fruits. Also I only eat wheat bread and of course eating small portions.
You don't really need to go on a diet to lose weight.
