We waited until I didn’t hurt down there anymore. I didn’t need stitches so it was just a few days. But we also used protection due to infection risk. Don’t quote me but I think it’s highly possible up until 6 months post. Unless you’re breastfeeding. Then you remain very fertile.

@db413 i did need stitches but it didnt hurt so i guess they all dissolved. And i am breastfeeding.but oh well i am open if i do end up pregnant again

@guevarasarai1995, if you’re worried about it, just use protection or get the birth control that’s safe to use while breastfeeding.
