I dunno ladies, do my legs/feet look swollen to you?
Dr said I needed to be sitting upright in a chair more often, well I sat my butt in a chair and ended up being there most 14 hours, fell asleep reading a book. Woke up to hubby freaking out about mg legs.
I couldn't help but laugh since they got like this and even worse being preggy with Princess.

I swelled really bad with my first.. as long as blood pressure is good you should be ok. That’s the only reason my dr didn’t have me tested for preeclampsia is because my urine & blood

Yes! Mine looked the exact same pregnant! I soaked them in epsom salt every night for 15-20 min. Unfortunately nothing really helps. I even grew a foot size after having my daughter. Lol

I got super light headed and almost passed out when I saw this. I stared for so long trying to figure how this is even possible. That’s terrifying.

@jc2015 my Ob always toke me keep mine elevated higher than the heart. Helped me a lot, try that hope it helps
