What's considered high blood pressure?

If the numbers are higher than 120/80 is considered high. For example mine be 146/92. That’s high

@xostephxo i called earlier this week when it was 126/90 and they didn't say anything. The pharmacist told me to take it tonight when I'm relaxed and if it's going up then i should go in

Take it again and see where’s it at. If it hit 140 I’d most definitely go to the ER
