Do it trust me !! When i brought the baby home my oldest was with my mom for a week. That first week home was rough so it was good for me and my daughters. And i got to bond with the baby and have our own time for a week

It’ll be easier for you. My mom took my older when I had my second for 3 days and it was a huge help. After the three days I missed her too much so I asked for her back lol
