CD 73. Any tips to jump start a period? At this point,im convinced it's never gonna come ☹

have you tried maybe a estrogen cream? I used a nautral cream from a health store to jump start my periods you would rub it on your stomach or arms, maybe that might help jump start it? I always used it when my period was a day or 2 late

@itsmely no I havent,but I will definently try it out.

I just looked up a vitamin called vitex I'm goin to try it

@imakemommymoves I tried it,and it made me even more irregular

@journeytobaby no way really ..I heard and seen good reviews yghh got my hopes shot down lol

@imakemommymoves it may be different for every woman, but It made me bleed sooooo bad
