I feel so broken. Everything was fine after my first ultrasound at 6 weeks and 4 days. Baby’s heart rate was 140 and my progesterone improved greatly and my hcg was continuing to rise like it was supposed to. I went for my 8 week ultrasound last night and the baby had no heartbeat. The baby hasn’t grown in about a week according to the measurements. I’m absolutely devastated. I haven’t had any cramps or bleeding or anything that would even hint to having a miscarriage. I have to go for an ultrasound Tuesday morning to confirm my loss and then have a d&c afterwards. I can’t even open my mouth to speak without crying.
