My SO vaps and smokes. I been on a quitting journey for the past month and a half. So far I'll go days without one, crave one, go out to smoke it, then put it out after about 3-4 drags. Then go another few days till I crave again try again and put it out again, lol. I'm almost there!!! I tried vaping myself but it did nothing for me. For me it's more than craving the nicotine.
@mommiesaremagical14 i hear u...plus vaping doesnt have that thick smoke that your craving is use to.but it keeps my nerves together....thats all i need.for the kids sake ima stick with it as long as possible
@johnsonarriel24 Yeah, I'm really trying to take advantage of this. I was on a medication for anxiety but it caused me to gain about 10lbs in 2.5 months. So I decided to stop taking it cold turkey. I noticed that around the time I stopped the meds I had a sudden aversion to cigarettes. I'm not 100% sure but I do think it was a side effect of stopping the meds since the stopping of the meds and the sudden aversion to the ciggs happened around the same time.
