This is going to sound weird. But my mom is a ob nurse and she told me to do this when I was leaking watery stuff. Get naked. Get a piece of brown cardboard sit on it for 5 or 10 minutes get up. If the wet spot is bigger than a quarter you need to go to the hospital because your water my be dripping. If your water is dripping it is dier that you go to the hospital within 24 hours to avoid infection. But like you said it may just be discharge. I had ALOT of clear watery discharge . And sometimes your water can be leaking and you not even be in pain or feel no different. So something you shouldn't rule completely out. ☺
