@melinanae i would keep an eye on him and not let him sleep anytime soon but if he starts acting like he's feeling dizzy or nauseous take him to the hospital

That happened to my son when he was 8m, with the corner of a table. Looked almost exactly the same, actually.

We kept an eye on him, kept him awake for a while, watched for any odd symptoms or vomiting. He was fine. You can call his pediatrician to ask their recommendation or what to look for, if you want, or go to the ER or urgent care. But if he's acting normally he's probably okay, and you don't need to worry.

@melinanae, you're welcome! Haha, it definitely hurts us more. He cried for a few minutes. I cried for half an hour! And then every time I saw the lump I got choked up. (Didn't help that four days later he had surgery for a completely unrelated issue, so I was a wreck to begin with!)
