You would need to take your baby in to do a feed and weight to determine if your BM was insufficient. There is not way to increase your supply other than more frequent feedings/pumping.

Pumping doesn’t indicate how much you produce and there are a lot of factors that play into what you actually take out, baby removes milk much more efficiently than a pump.

Careful with the advice you accept from your doctor, they’re not trained in breastfeeding, I would meet with a lactation consultant for breastfeeding concerns, they offer them free through WIC!

That’s still a good thing, she has nutrients and liquids that she is having to move out of her body, so you know she is definitely eating. It all sounds normal to me, but definitely get that reassurance if you need it! I hope it all works out for you!
