That's not true there are safe anxiety medication out there for breastfeeding moms. Look on infantrisk or lactmed the medication you were taking and it'll tell you if it's safe or not.

They tried to tell me no depression med was safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding and I switched Dr's and they were horrified they cut me cold turkey
