Does it itch? Feel rough? I get something very similar. It goes away on its own if I don’t scratch at it but that’s really hard lol I usually just put fragrance free lotion and make sure to dry my hands very good after washing them. It happens to me every winter
Mine look like that when they're dry and I put lotion on them. The only cream that didn't burn or make it worse was the prescription eczema cream my fiance has or O'Keefe's.
Looks like contact dirtimis which is an allergic reaction. If it's just ur hands it's most likely from a soap or lotion or cleaning product. Hydrocortisone cream will help clear it up

Dryness , Hives or a short term rash due to an allergic reaction .
