You look great!! It's definitely hard getting back to my normal weight considering my body is on 2 types of birth control. I stopped taking the depo shot months ago but it's still in my system and I have the IUD inside me. I gained so much from the depo shot so I'm struggling so bad to lose it all. Sticking to healthy food is hard but I workout like crazy. Run about 3-5 miles a day and exercise daily.

@alle2011, @lovemyson215, Cut all soda and juices. I did it for the entire house. We drink sparkling water and I buy the crystal light (or store brand) packets and squeeze bottles to add flavors zero calories. I eat yogurt with granola or I make a smoothie for breakfast a salad or fruit for lunch with the fruit I may have like an apple and peanut butter or even carrots and ranch dip or something. Cut a lot of starches replaces canned veggies with fresh ones. Lots of water. No fried foods no fast food. I starting taking Kelp supplements you can find it at any pharmacy or order online like amazon.
