How did they give the medicine was it through iv or is it a shot I didn't get any pain medicine so I was unfortunately just focusing on the pain I don't remember if I got the medicine or not

My first, I was in labor 6 hours from the time they put in the meds. My youngest, I ended up pushing at 8 cm cause I wouldn’t progress and my epidural failed. I was in labor for 8 hours with her.

Thank you I was wondering because I'm seeing a high risk doctor for this pregnancy and they needed to know if my daughter was induced and honestly I was in so much pain and constantly throwing up that I don't know if they actually gave me the medicine I remember them saying they needed to so they can get her out but then after that all I remember them doing was giving me the medicine to lower my blood pressure and preparing the medicine to induce me then all of a sudden my water broke and I was 5cm dilated so I don't know if it worked that fast or if they even gave it to me at all

When I was induced I was in labor for 12 hours.

I got induced on September 5th was in labor for 23 hours, and she was born September 6th at 4:19
