Okay so my C-section date is set for a week from Friday. I need HELP! Safe ways to bring on natural labor before then? My doctor refuses to do a Vbac unless I go into labor naturally and I really want to deliver so I can still pick up my daughter and can be out of the hospital faster! Please help!

I went 5 days past my due date, thought they were going to have to induce me but the night before my bf had me walking all over town and the next morning I lost my mucus plug and started having contractions that following night

It is probably just a crazy Coincidence but one day I ate an entire quart of homemade salsa because it was so good(1cm 60% effaced) . Woke up the next morning and my water broke. Got to the hospital was 5cm and 100% effaced.
