Need advise ladies, I live in a 2 bed house with me my partner Isabella and step daughter visits a lot, were planning another child at the moment and I will probably want 1 more after 🙊 we've been offered to swap homes with a lady who has a 3 bed house just up the road from us which is obviously perfect, but I went to see the house and although it has more bedrooms and they were all a decent size the front room, kitchen and bathroom were half the size of mine I wouldn't be able to fit my dinning table in and would have a lot less room! I'm so torn what to do we've just had our house fully re floored and hers is currently all floorboards which would cost me £100s 🤷🏼♀️ would you rather have 3 bedrooms for the children or a more larger family kitchen and living room? 😫

Where do the kids play the most? Mine are in the living most of the day so I don’t mind their rooms being smaller xx

I would have a bigger kitchen and living space as that's where majority of family time is spent specially when children are small. Once they need own rooms I would look for a bigger house x

We all spend 90% of the time down stairs all together we only really use the bedrooms for sleeping, I'm just trying to plan for the further when their older will they want their own rooms xx

@firsttimemummy86, I'm thinking the same plus I could swap the 2 rooms over so the kids have our larger room and we can just have the smaller one 🤷🏼♀️xx

@isabellaboo, yeah I know what you mean, but considering everything and the new flooring you had put it I’d stay in your current house the kids are going still too, never know maybe when they’re older you could move then xx
