do yall breastfeeding moms use pacifiers ..

My daughter takes hers sometimes..

Yes, mostly only when we are out and sometimes when trying to put her back to bed. I don’t want her to become dependent.

They did the same thing to me when I asked for one. The nurse low key caught an attitude and was like well we don’t recommend it because she may get confused between you nipple and the pacifier. I was like ok, bring me the pacifier please. Thanks! 🙄 I’m here to tell you my daughter is not confused between the two. At all.

@johnsonarriel24, not sure if this helps but I made sure for those 3 days that i was in the hospital that I breast feed my daughter before giving her the pacifier. Like I said though I only give it to her when we r out. It such when the baby is dependent and you don’t have it.. it becomes frustrating because you can’t calm them down because the pacifier is all they know ..

@symone. ok cool....its a little too late tho cuz im nursing him n letting him use paci wen he gets too upset.especially sence he got circumsized yesterday he gets fussy cuz of the pain.but thanks anyway hunn
