Since my daughter was born we have had her in Pampers Swaddlers. After she grew out of newborn diapers, we switched to Pampers Baby Dry. She has had a rash for about a week or so. Could it be an allergic reaction to the diapers?

Yes. Pampers irritate a lot of baby's skin. I usually only used them at night, because they were ok as long as he didn't move around much. Plus they even irritated my skin when I held him
