Well I had court today...the charges were filed wrong. 3 total and they filed them as 2 city charges and only 1 state…

Well I had court today...the charges were filed wrong. 3 total and they filed them as 2 city charges and only 1 state charge. The prosecutor was able to push back trial to correct the filing for all charges to be state. I’m frustrated because I wanted to be done but at the same time I’m happy because now instead of only serving 4 years he’s looking at a total of 21 years. So we go back on may 9th.
