I do so good on my breastfeeding diet and I lost most of my after pregnancy weight and went from 150 to 127 and then I have a melt down and eat a whole chocolate cake and some chips and like three cheese burgers and now im back up to 135....I really need to control my stress eating or knock out all the stress in my life
I do one on pintrest that otmeal or eggs for breakfast yogart or a salad for lunch and some rice with some sorta meat or vegetable and sometimes I eat potatoes depending on if I need more calories for my breastmilk I also drink alot of water tea and gadorade but I usually rotate the drinks
