@aimmefrye97, called cps they aren't doing anything. Family court hasn't done anything either. When we go in a couple weeks I'll bring up these issues and see what they say but I doubt they'll do much of anything either. It just sucks that my son is so neglected and treated like a dirtbag! It makes me sick.

@missjess awh no hun im sorry. Well hopefully when yall go in a couple weeks they will fix it, and make sure you can get pictures of anything that will help show it.

@aimmefrye97, I have a couple pictures of his clothes but it's been hard to get good pictures. But I have my mom as a witness of how his clothes are and how he comes back gross and smelly and messy. But to be honest I doubt they will do anything :/ maybe I can do a change of circumstance to reduce his time with him that's the only thing I can think of but I'd have to fight him in court and I might not get it. Idk 🙁 my lawyer whose no good for nothing will probably say there's nothing they can do. I wish I could hire I really good attorney.

@missjess well that should help hun. Take some pictures before he leaves to, to show them that he was clean when he left and that is so sad hun im.sorry ur babys having to go threw that

@aimmefrye97, I just talked to a good family court lawyer and he said there's nothing they can do. :/ all a judge will say is get your shit together. They can't make him be a good dad. I have to pick and choose my battles and unfortunately NY state sucks and fails our children.
