It is all dairy, the only thing changing is the fat content. The color of top doesnt change the product. You may have to try soy, ripple, hemp, oat, almond, cashew, coconut etc. Something other than dairy

There are many alternatives to cows milk that you can look into. I believe the reason doctors want your child to be on whole milk is for weight issues. They need the calories that they may not be getting from the small amounts of food they are eating.

My son was formula fed because I could not breast feed. When I transitioned my son to milk I would gradually mix it with his formula. So say day one I would do 1 ounce of milk to 5 ounces of formula. Each day I would go up an ounce of milk and down an ounce of formula.
