Hi I'm new on here and in need of some much needed advice ladies. I'm considering being a single mum in the near future as I'm very unhappy with my husband. He's childish, manipulative, emotionally draining, selfish. He has tried and continues to try to control me and I have continuously had to stand up for myself but a few times haven't just for some peace but I can't continue on like this. He has few good points about him but he has some really bad traits too and I can only say our relationship is about 50% good. I wanted some advice and guidance on what to do practicality and would need to consider if I was to leave him? Might be a dumb question but is there a service or charity I can speak to for women who are going to be single mum's? My main concern is where me and my baby will live as if I separate from my husband I'll have to find a place for us to live -we rent a flat privately. I'm currently unemployed as I left my full time job to be a full time mum. My husband works full time and the plan was that he was going to support all 3 of us whilst I stayed home to look after our baby but he's starting to act up about having to do that because he's decided it's too much for him to handle. I've put up with so much crap in this relationship and it's just wore me down, I'm crying every other day. I'm sick with worry as I don't know how I will support me and my baby financially as I'm not working, have depression and no savings to support us financially if I leave. I also wanted to study for a degree or qualification within the next 2 yrs to better my job prospects but I don't see how I can do that now. I feel so stuck and useless. What do I do and where do I turn to for advice? I have my mum but she lives in a small studio that just about accomadates her as the space is tiny (in floods of tears 😓 ) Sorry for long rant. Please help 😢
