I think I have post partum depression but idk :( how long can it last after delivery

Years if left untreated. The name just changes from postpartum to just depression.

@tiredmom I mean I already had depression but it just seemed a little different since he was born

@firsttimemama definitely let your Dr know as soon as you can. It can get really bad.

@tiredmom yeah I've been thinking I should I just wasn't sure if it was my normal depression or not

@firsttimemama postpartum does feel differently than "regular" depression. Or at least it does to me.

@tiredmom I thought it's been different but idk honestly it may sound silly but I'm soooo tired its hard to really know the difference

@firsttimemama I think the exhaustion and the crazy hormones is what makes it feel different. There's probably more to it than that but I'm not a therapist...
